LRS Beginnings

Listen.
Respect.
Support.

From the earliest beginnings.

Our earliest experiences shape our bodies, our nervous systems, and the way we move through the world. At LRS Beginnings, we know how to listen to the stories the body tells. Through empathetic support, gentle hands-on bodywork, and movement, we help babies and mothers address early challenges, build connection, and thrive.

Every baby deserves to feel good in their body, and so do you.

Prenatal Experiences

Our nervous systems begin forming in utero, shaped by our mother's experiences. When we are pregnant, we have a profound opportunity. We can communicate with our babies, letting them know they don't have to carry our stress. LRS Beginnings supports mothers in unwinding their own experiences, deepening their connection with their baby, and preparing for birth and the postpartum period with more ease and confidence.

Birth Experiences

Birth is hard work for both mothers and babies. When the birth process is disrupted or challenging, physical and emotional imprints can form in the baby's body and nervous system. Addressed early, these imprints need not become lasting patterns. LRS Beginnings supports babies and mothers through birth psychology-informed assessments, education, and gentle hands-on care.

Early Days

Once your baby arrives, you are learning about them and your new identity as a parent. LRS Beginnings provides support for you and your baby, guided by your baby's cues and informed by birth psychology. We blend parent education with gentle hands-on care to support development, connection, and regulation.
