How do I schedule my first appointment?
Simply fill out the contact form above, call or text us directly. We'll discuss your needs and find a convenient time for your first session.
What should I prepare for the first visit?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring any questions, concerns, or intentions you would like to explore. If anything specific is needed for your visit, we will let you know ahead of time.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a private pay practice. We can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
How long are sessions?
Initial assessments are typically 90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes, allowing time for hands-on work and education.
